The Carne Asada Bomb is our boldest flavor yet! Our unique blend of Guajillo, Ancho, and Arbol peppers meets bright citrus notes of lime, lemon and pineapple rounded out with garlic, onion and other spices for an authentic Mexican-style Carne Asada that’s become one of our favorite recipes.

Simply combine one Carne Asada Bomb with 1 cup of citrus juice and 3-5 pounds of meat. Cook in the crock pot on low for 8-10 hours, then shred or slice and enjoy the vibrant, citrusy flavors in tacos, burritos bowls, or straight off the fork.
