Our RHN Wagyu Outside Skirt Steak is a flavorful, highly sought-after cut known for its rich beefy taste, beautiful marbling, and tender texture. The outside skirt comes from the diaphragm area of the animal and is prized for being especially flavorful and tender when cooked properly.

This cut is perfect for fajitas, tacos, steak bowls, carne asada, or simply sliced and served on its own. It takes marinades incredibly well, but with RHN American Wagyu, a little salt and pepper can go a long way!

For the best results, cook it hot and fast on the grill or in a cast-iron skillet, let it rest, and slice thinly against the grain.
